MCS Expansion Boards — Scalable I/O for MCS Controllers
A family of BASE and EXT expansion boards designed for use with the MCS-8, MCS-MAGNUM, MCS-MicroMag, and MCS-NitroMag controllers — each BASE can pair with its matching EXT to double capacity within the same physical footprint.
Board Family
All-in-one I/O: 16 × 0–5 VDC sensor inputs, 10 × 230 VAC 5 A relay outputs, and 4 × 0–10 VDC analog outputs. Expands to 32 SI, 20 RO, and 8 AO with the EXT board.
Sensor-input focused: 16 × 0–5 VDC sensor inputs and 4 × 0–10 VDC analog outputs. Expands to 32 SI and 8 AO with the EXT board.
Relay-output focused: 10 × 230 VAC 5 A relay outputs, expandable to 20 outputs with the MCS-RO-EXT board — same footprint as the BASE.
Turns the MCS-MAGNUM into a Modbus RTU Master — communicate with VFDs, compressors, and other Modbus slave devices to send commands and read parameters.
